1. Americans are looking forward to Halloween. They carefully prepare for this celebration and come up with outfits for themselves. The inhabitants of a small town, as well as residents of other settlements, are waiting for the long-awaited day. There are themed decorations everywhere, and treats have already been prepared. Fancy dress costumes are waiting to be shown to everyone around. Suddenly, a maniac appeared in the city, who had already managed to kill several victims. He is armed with an axe and is unfamiliar with feelings such as compassion and pity. However, not only the raging maniac poses a threat to people, guests from the other world have appeared in the city. These aliens are also out for revenge. People had no choice but to hide in their homes, but even this would not bring them salvation. The evil creatures will find them everywhere…

Among these children was the hero of the film, an eight–year-old boy. Despite his age, he has already experienced the bitterness of loss, as he was left without parents. Fate took pity on him, and the boy managed to miraculously escape from the Warsaw ghetto. He didn't know where to go next or where to find salvation, but he met a compassionate Polish woman on his way to life. She sheltered the little fugitive in her house. So that no one would suspect anything, she asked the boy to pose as a Polish Catholic who had no parents. For some time he managed to live in the house of a kind woman, but as a result of circumstances he was forced to leave this dwelling. There is a long and dangerous road ahead for the boy, because the country's territory was engulfed by war. Polish families helped him survive in these wild and nightmarish conditions.
