I think that’s both good and bad, in way. And I’ll be sure to check out L’Arte del Gelato. That’s a gelato throwdown if ever I’ve heard one!

Also, the fact that they make the flavors in Italy and ship them here to be mixed with milk disappoints me, because I think artisinal gelato should be made all on site. The end result is pretty much as good as you describe, although I prefer L’Arte del Gelato.
